Our mission is to assist, support and advocate for families who have a disabled member with special needs, living at home.
Our purpose is to offer programs that improve the quality of life and strengthen the family unit.
Currently we offer Family Support Services to provide financial reimbursement for goods and services related to the care of a Developmentally Disabled Family member. We provide Medicaid Service Coordination (MSC) to individuals eligible for OPWDD services. Our funding is from New York State OPWDD.
If your child is approved for services through the Dutchess County Early Intervention program, we offer Coordination of Early Intervention services for infants and children up to 3 years of age. Our funding is from New York State Department of Health Early Intervention.
